According to the L.A. Times, USC kicker Mario Danelo was found dead at the bottom of a cliff in in San Pedro; police are, of course, investigating. Danelo is the son of a former NFL kicker, and had good seasons the last couple of years. It sounds really fishy, but then again, most preliminary reports out of the LAPD on these types of incidents do.
